Alley Cat Allies’ listing of Feral Cat and Spay/Neuter Organizations.  Listed by State in the US and organizations outside of the US.

Neighborhood Cats offers online and in-person workshops about Feral Cats and Managing Colonies.  In addition, they have an excellent group of resource articles to help anyone get started with caring for a feral colony.

AzCATs (Arizona Cat Assistance Team) offers assistance to Feral Colony Caretakers in Arizona. 

Cat Action Trust 1977 is a small national charity dedicated to the welfare of cats, especially feral cats, based in the UK. Their articles are an excellent resource for feral caregivers around the world, including: Caring For A Feral Mother Cat and Her Kittens, Taming Feral Kittens, How to make an Igloo Shelter, and  Handrearing Kittens.
